Privacy policy

This website sets no cookies and uses no third-party analytics or tracking (we count page views and clicks anonymously, see section 3), no advertising pixels, no external fonts and no contact forms. You can reach us only by email.

1. Controller

2. Server log files

When you open this website, our hosting provider stores technically necessary access data in server log files: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the amount of data transferred, the referring page, and browser and operating system details. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website and the prevention of abuse. The data is not combined with other sources and is deleted after a short period.

3. Anonymous counting of page views and clicks

We count page views and taps on the phone number or website of a listed contractor. We store only the date, the page, the contractor, its position in the list, a rough source type (direct, search engine, AI assistant, other website) and whether the request came from an automated program. We store no IP address, no time of day, no cookies and no device identifier, and we share nothing with third parties. Purpose: to measure whether the contractor list helps readers. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Nothing is stored on or read from your device. Monthly files are deleted after 24 months.

4. Hosting

The website is hosted by a provider in Germany. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. The provider processes the data only on our instructions.

5. Email

If you email us, we process the data you send (email address, name if given and your message) to answer it. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is answering questions about this guide and messages from listed businesses. We do not take service requests and do not pass messages on to contractors. Messages to hello@plumberphoenixpros.com are forwarded via ALL-INKL.COM to an email account at Google (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). This may involve a transfer of data to the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We keep your message and our reply until six months after the last message and then delete it.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). An informal email to hello@plumberphoenixpros.com is enough. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.

7. Security

The website is delivered over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Email uses the transport encryption of the respective email services.

8. Fonts

All fonts are served from this website's own server. No connection to font providers or other third parties is made.
